My name is Asha Gudipaty and I'm a rising sophomore at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Originally from Dallas, TX, I am majoring in public policy and minoring in economics. I currently serve as the Academic Relations Officer for my university's student government and host a radio talk show titled “Naturally Curious” covering campus stories and perspectives. After college, I hope to pursue a career in law and policy to work toward advancing civic engagement, combating polarization and improving economic opportunity access. I am excited to intern this summer at the Texas Education Alliance and make an impact in education.
