Chad is a prominent figure in Texas politics, currently serving as the Chief Lobby Strategist for the Texas Education Alliance. With over 20 years of experience, he is a nonpartisan consultant specializing in lobbying, political strategy, public affairs, and business development. His extensive background encompasses federal, state, and local government as well as political campaigns. Chad is also a founding principal of the highly regarded lobby firm, Texas Star Alliance.

Throughout his career, Chad has successfully lobbied and consulted for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and national industry groups. He has particularly notable expertise in key policy areas such as education, healthcare, safety and security, criminal justice, and workforce. Some of his esteemed clients include Scholastic, Centegix, Kindercare, Powerschool, SAS, and the Texas Computer Education Association.

Chad's professional accomplishments have garnered recognition, including the Texas Education Council's "Advocate Leader" award, the "Silver Boot" award for legislative victories benefiting at-risk youth (Big Brothers Big Sisters Lonestar), the "Healthcare Champion" award for excellence in Medicaid policy (Private Providers Association of Texas), and his recent accolade as one of the top lobbyists in Texas by "Capitol Inside. Chad's political acumen and instincts were honed through years of hands-on experience in the political arena and on campaign trails. He served in pivotal roles for numerous political organizations, including the George W. Bush for Governor campaign, Rick Perry for Lt. Governor campaign, Michael Williams for Railroad Commissioner campaign, the National Republican Congressional Committee, the Republican Party of Harris County, and The Campaign for America.

Chad is a proud graduate of Texas Christian University, where he earned a degree from the Bob Schiffer School in public relations and was honored with the TCU Newsome Award. He and his wife, Alison, reside in Austin, Texas, where they are active members of The Austin Stone Church. They are loving parents to two remarkable boys, Rex and Rowe.
